Return & Refund Policy
1. Replacement / Refund Timeframe
Requests for replacement or refund must be submitted strictly within 72 working hours from the date of product delivery. Requests received after this period will not be entertained. Neither Punai Enterprises nor Kwality Impex shall be responsible for any replacement or refund beyond this timeframe.
All replacements will be processed strictly in accordance with the applicable manufacturer’s warranty terms. Punai Enterprises does not offer any additional warranty or guarantee beyond what is provided by the original manufacturer.
2. No Returns Based on Usage or Preference
Returns, replacements, or refunds will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
- The product has been used, or
- The return request is due to personal preference, dissatisfaction, or a change of mind
- In such cases, Punai Enterprises and Kwality Impex shall bear no liability for exchange, return, or refund.
