Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of any products from Kwality Impex (www.kwalityimpex.com) and/or its subsidiaries. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. Any modification or addition to these Terms shall be invalid unless agreed upon in writing by both the customer and Kwality Impex.
Kwality Impex reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Section headings are provided for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of the Terms. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Basic Terms & Conditions
1. Nature of Business
Kwality Impex Store / Kwality Impex is a marketing and distribution company and is not a manufacturer of products.
2. GST Compliance
The buyer confirms that their GST registration (under the TNGST Act, 1959 or applicable law) is valid at the time of sale, and that the purchase is made in the regular course of business.
3. Transfer of Responsibility
Our responsibility for the goods ceases once the products leave our warehouse.
4. GST Invoice Policy
All products are sold with a valid GST invoice. Products are not sold without a GST invoice.
If the buyer requires their company GST number on the invoice, it must be provided during checkout in the “Claim GST” section, along with submission of all three pages of the company’s GST certificate.
5. Order Cancellation & Modification Charges
- 2% convenience fee will be deducted if the buyer cancels the order before shipping
- 5% will be deducted if the order is cancelled after shipping
- 3% will be deducted if the buyer requests order modification after shipping
- No charges apply for order modification before shipping
- These charges will be adjusted against the refund amount.

1. Bajaj EMI Payments
A 5% deduction from the order value will apply if an order paid via Bajaj EMI is cancelled by the buyer.
2. Nature of Products Sold
Products sold are computer components, spares, or sub-assemblies and do not constitute a complete system unless explicitly mentioned as a “New PC System.”
3. Special Usage Disclaimer
Any intended use in abnormal or non-standard environments must be disclosed at the time of purchase. Failure to do so will void the warranty.
4. Acceptance of Terms
Ignorance of these Terms & Conditions does not exempt the customer from compliance.
5. Gaming Chairs Policy
For gaming chairs, only part replacement is applicable in case of damage or defect. Refunds are not applicable.
6. Dead on Arrival (DOA)
All original parts and accessories must be returned in the original packaging for DOA claims. Incomplete returns will be treated as standard RMA cases.
7. Warranty Exclusions
Physical damage, mishandling, tampering of warranty stickers, or improper installation voids warranty. Installation must be carried out by a technically qualified PC hardware professional.
8. Order Cancellation Rights
Kwality Impex store.in reserves the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors or stock availability issues.
9. Jurisdiction
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts.
Warranty & RMA Policy
- All products carry carry-in warranty only. Shipping costs for RMA (both ways) must be borne by the buyer if outside the policy window.
- On-site warranty is subject to brand service availability. If the location is not serviceable, the warranty automatically converts to carry-in service.
- RMA return shipments arranged by us are not insured. We are not liable for transit damage.
- All warranties are provided solely by the manufacturer/distributor. We bear no legal or financial liability for warranty outcomes.
- Customers must provide a copy of the purchase invoice for warranty claims.
- Warranty claims are accepted only if the product is in good physical condition.
- Products with burnt/broken pins, markings, cracks, missing parts, or tampered warranty stickers will be rejected.
- Warranty turnaround time depends entirely on the brand/manufacturer. Delays are beyond our control.
- Damage due to mishandling, improper usage, power fluctuations, or lack of technical knowledge is not covered.
- Warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and is governed by the manufacturer’s policy. Customers must approach authorized service centers where applicable.
- Products under warranty will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer’s discretion.
- Warranty claims without accessories, manuals, software, or original packaging may be rejected.
- Any litigation related to warranty must be addressed directly with the manufacturer/distributor.
- Warranty services apply only if full payment has been made.
- RMA assistance is a courtesy service, not a guaranteed or lifetime service, and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.
- Customers are advised to review brand-specific warranty limitations (e.g., dead pixels, burnt components) before purchase.
Replacement & Refund Policy
1. Replacement / Refund Window
Requests must be made within 72 working hours of delivery. Requests beyond this period will not be entertained.
Replacements are subject strictly to manufacturer warranty terms. No additional warranty is provided by Kwality Impex.
2. No Returns for Usage or Preference
No return, replacement, or refund will be accepted if:
- The product has been used, or
- The request is due to change of mind or personal preference
General Terms
Kwality Impex disclaims all implied warranties and reserves the right to suspend or terminate services due to technical or security issues.
We value user privacy and do not disclose personal information to third parties. No cash payments above ₹50,000 are accepted.
Kwality Impex reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at its discretion.
